GAME PROJECTS

I’ve had the opportunity to work on a number of design projects that I’m pleased to share. Most of these projects involved me working on a larger team with other artists, programmers and producers. My position in these projects ranged from being a Lead Designer to a Content Designer to even an Audio Design Lead as well. LORD OF THE RINGS ONLINE

Lord of the Rings Online is a Live MMO RPG set in the Lord of the Rings Universe. I worked as a content/quest designer writing dialogue, designing adventures, and daily missions for the 2021 Fate of Gundabad Update. The game is still going strong and I had a wonderful time working for one of my favorite fantasy franchises.

EIRA: ECHOES OF ADVENTURE

My capstone project and first published game on stream, Eira: Echoes of Adventure is a game about exploring a frozen planet in deep space, searching for signs to lead you to your lost grandfather. My main role was working as the Lead Audio Designer, creating the sounds for the game, and scoring the soundtrack. With my peers I also aided in content design and narrative work in the form of storyboarding and QA. It was released on Steam in 2020 and was very well-received.

ESCAPE ARTIST

This project was a breakout in terms of development and design. As part of the 2019 Ubisoft Montreal Game Competition, we were tasked to come up with a game with the theme of "Spectacle", in 10 weeks to enter in the competition. The game itself is about an art thief trying to pull off an art heist set in the 1920s. The player can sneak, steal, and slash their way through a randomly generated Gala floor, trying to steal the most cash they can. The hook was that audience members could join in on their phone and interact with the world to help or hinder the player live!

BATTLE CHEFS

Battle Chefs is a 2v2 battle arena style game where players must use ingredients found scattered throughout the map to cook powerful dishes that bolster their abilities and allow them to lay claim to the Golden Pot in the center. I worked as the lead Systems Designer, and it was designed as a senior project to test ourselves and create an experience similar to that of a MOBA, contain a bright narrative background, while retaining interesting design and a drafting element.
